1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hearzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hearzo with respect to the subject matter hereof.
2. Platform Nature â NOT Therapy
IMPORTANT: Hearzo is a human conversation and emotional support platform. It is expressly NOT a therapy, psychiatric counseling, psychological treatment, or medical advice service. ⢠Listeners on Hearzo are NOT licensed therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. ⢠Conversations on Hearzo are NOT a substitute for professional mental healthcare. ⢠No information shared on Hearzo constitutes medical or therapeutic advice. ⢠Users in mental health crises or emergencies should immediately contact local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Hearzo. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts immediately terminated.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Hearzo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Hearzo is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Permitted Use
Hearzo is designed for: ⢠Safe emotional conversations with verified human listeners ⢠Friendly companionship and social conversations ⢠Career guidance and mentorship discussions ⢠Personal sharing and active listening sessions You agree NOT to use Hearzo for: ⢠Soliciting sexual or romantic services ⢠Sharing illegal content or promoting illegal activities ⢠Harassing, threatening, or abusing listeners or other users ⢠Collecting personal information from listeners without consent ⢠Impersonating any person or entity ⢠Any purpose that violates applicable laws
6. Payments & Wallet
Hearzo operates on a prepaid wallet system. You must recharge your wallet to access paid features. All charges are per-minute as displayed at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Hearzo reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Content & Moderation
All content on Hearzo is subject to AI moderation and human review. Hearzo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or community standards. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on Hearzo are the exclusive property of Hearzo / Empathix Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hearzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Hearzo's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
