This is a safe space. Approach every conversation with genuine care and a non-judgmental attitude.

Zero Harassment

Harassment, bullying, threats, or any form of abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Hearzo: • Sexual solicitation, explicit content, or adult material • Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting identity groups • Sharing or soliciting illegal content • Impersonation of other individuals or Hearzo staff • Spreading misinformation or false health/medical claims • Promoting self-harm or harm to others • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity • Recording conversations without explicit consent

For Listeners

As a verified listener, you are held to an even higher standard: • Always maintain professional, empathetic, and appropriate conduct • Never solicit personal relationships outside the platform • Never share user information with third parties • Direct users in crisis to emergency services immediately • Refrain from providing medical, legal, or financial advice • Do not misrepresent your qualifications or training

Reporting Violations

Use the in-app Report button to flag any content or behavior that violates these guidelines. All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours. You may also email empathixsolutions@gmail.com.

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity. Hearzo reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion to protect the community.
