Hearzo is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive community for everyone. These guidelines apply to all users, listeners, and content on the platform.
Be Respectful
Treat every person on the platform with kindness and dignity, regardless of background, identity, or beliefs.
Protect Privacy
Never share personal information of others, record conversations, or attempt to deanonymize users.
Be Empathetic
This is a safe space. Approach every conversation with genuine care and a non-judgmental attitude.
Zero Harassment
Harassment, bullying, threats, or any form of abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Hearzo: ā¢ Sexual solicitation, explicit content, or adult material ā¢ Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting identity groups ā¢ Sharing or soliciting illegal content ā¢ Impersonation of other individuals or Hearzo staff ā¢ Spreading misinformation or false health/medical claims ā¢ Promoting self-harm or harm to others ā¢ Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity ā¢ Recording conversations without explicit consent
For Listeners
As a verified listener, you are held to an even higher standard: ā¢ Always maintain professional, empathetic, and appropriate conduct ā¢ Never solicit personal relationships outside the platform ā¢ Never share user information with third parties ā¢ Direct users in crisis to emergency services immediately ā¢ Refrain from providing medical, legal, or financial advice ā¢ Do not misrepresent your qualifications or training
Reporting Violations
Use the in-app Report button to flag any content or behavior that violates these guidelines. All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours. You may also email empathixsolutions@gmail.com.
Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity. Hearzo reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion to protect the community.
