How do I create an account?

Download the Hearzo app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email or phone number, create a username, and you are ready to start exploring listeners.

Is the app free to download?

Yes, Hearzo is free to download. You only pay for the time you spend in conversations through our wallet system.

How do I recharge my wallet?

Go to Wallet in the app menu, select a recharge pack, and complete payment via UPI, card, or net banking.

🎧 Listeners

How do I find a listener?

Browse the listener directory by category, language, or availability. Filter by rating or specialty to find your best match.

Can I choose between chat, audio, and video?

Yes. When you tap "Connect" on a listener profile, you can choose text chat, audio call, or video call.

Are listeners available 24/7?

Many listeners are available around the clock. Filter by "Available Now" to find listeners online at any time.

💳 Payments

How does the per-minute billing work?

Your wallet is charged for each minute of the session. The rate is shown on the listener profile before you connect. You can end the session at any time.

How do I get a refund?

For refund requests, email refund@hearzo.in with your transaction ID and reason. See our Refund Policy for full details.

🔒 Safety

How do I report a listener?

Tap the flag icon during or after a session to report. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Can I block someone?

Yes. Go to the listener profile and tap "Block". Blocked users cannot contact you.

Is Hearzo therapy?

No. Hearzo is NOT a therapy or medical platform. Our listeners provide human conversation and emotional support only. For professional help, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
