Listener Agreement
Terms and standards for all Hearzo verified listeners.
📌 Important
By applying and being approved as a Hearzo Listener, you agree to this entire agreement. Hearzo listeners are NOT therapists or medical professionals. This is a human conversation support platform only.
1. Listener Role
As a Hearzo Listener, you agree to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive conversation to users seeking emotional support, companionship, guidance, or simply someone to talk to. You are NOT providing therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advice.
2. Conduct Standards
You agree to: • Maintain a respectful, professional, and warm demeanor at all times • Never solicit personal relationships outside the platform • Never share user information with third parties • Direct users in crisis to emergency services and end the session • Not misrepresent your qualifications or professional status • Maintain active profile information and regular availability
3. KYC & Verification
You consent to government ID verification as part of the onboarding process. Your KYC data is stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes.
4. Earnings Structure
Listeners earn based on the following model: • Per-minute rate set by category and rating tier • Commission split as communicated during onboarding • Bonus income from user tips and digital gifts • Top-performing listeners may be offered fixed monthly salary arrangements Earnings are paid weekly/monthly via the payment method registered during onboarding.
5. Prohibited Actions
Listeners are strictly prohibited from: • Providing medical, psychiatric, or legal advice • Engaging in romantic or sexual conversations with users • Sharing, recording, or distributing conversation content • Soliciting users to move off-platform • Accepting payment outside the Hearzo platform
6. Termination
Hearzo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a listener account for violations of this agreement, community guidelines, or any behavior deemed harmful to users or the platform.
