1. Wallet Recharges

Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once the amount has been credited to your Hearzo wallet and sessions have been initiated. If a recharge fails but your payment was debited, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Technical Failure Refunds

If a session ends abruptly due to a verifiable technical issue on our end (server error, platform outage), the unused session amount will be credited back to your Hearzo wallet within 48 hours of a verified complaint.

3. Listener No-Show

If a scheduled session is cancelled or the listener does not show up without prior notice, the full session amount will be refunded to your wallet.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refund: • Sessions already conducted and completed • Wallet balances remaining after account deletion • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the transaction • Dissatisfaction with conversation quality (subjective experience)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds to the original payment method (card/UPI) are processed within 5–10 business days. Wallet credits are applied within 24–48 hours. You will receive email confirmation of all refund decisions.

6. How to Request

Email refund@hearzo.in with: • Your registered email address • Transaction ID / Order ID • Date of transaction • Reason for refund request Our team will respond within 3 business days.
