What we must retain

Under statutory tax, legal, and payment processor regulations in India, some transaction metrics must be stored securely.

•Wallet deposits, transaction invoices, and payout logs (for 7 years).
•Safety and abuse records to enforce permanent bans where applicable.

Need to take a temporary break?

If you just want some quiet time, you can log out of the Hearzo app or set your status to Offline. You do not need to delete your account to secure your profile.
